About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at DOXLITE CREATION INC. as a permanent, full-time employee. The successful candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective communications materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality output and meet project deadlines.
  • Estimate and plan project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop creative solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate the production of print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, including sub-contracting and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, sketches, and layouts for review and approval.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and adapt to changing priorities.
