Job Title: Senior Manager, ESG Integration and Reporting

We are seeking a Senior Manager of ESG Integration and Reporting to join our team. This role will play a critical part in delivering our company's ambitious environmental, social, and governance commitments. You will work closely with our Vice President, ESG Integration and Reporting, and other department peers to ensure that our ESG activities are well-coordinated and tracked over multi-year project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our ESG program, ensuring that our activities align with industry best practices.
  • Support the VP, ESG Integration and Reporting in advancing reporting and disclosure activities, including data validation and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with working groups to embed and deliver ESG commitments across our operations.
  • Oversee the management of our ESG management system, ensuring that data and information are accurate, complete, and disclosed in a timely manner.
  • Support the development of ESG-related company communication to stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, policymakers, and investors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant progressive experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, data analytics, and/or internal controls.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and social impact.
  • Familiarity with ESG subject matter, measurement, reporting protocols, tools, and best practices.
  • Superior project management experience and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and develop relationships with stakeholders.
