About Us:

Altis Technology is a leading technology firm that empowers businesses to harness the full potential of cloud computing. We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering Lead to spearhead our AWS initiatives and drive innovation in cloud infrastructure migration, CI/CD pipeline automation, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud architectures on AWS, migrating traditional data centers to the cloud with over 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring seamless infrastructure management and version control.
  • Automate software delivery pipelines and platform provisioning to support Agile application delivery, leveraging tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub, and JFrog.
  • Support development environments for various applications, performing server setup and management, including patch installation and OS/application library updates.
  • Leverage scripting and configuration management skills in Shell, Python, Ansible, and JSON/JavaScript to streamline automation and configuration tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in cloud adoption.

Requirements:

  • Over 6 years of experience in cloud engineering, with expertise in AWS DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux systems.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud architectures, transitioning platforms and applications from traditional data centers to AWS.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Python, and Ansible, as well as knowledge of JSON/JavaScript for automation and configuration tasks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub, and JFrog, as well as Linux system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, and strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
