Job Description

Job Title: Technology Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Cybersecurity division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to increase sales volume and velocity
  • Lead and enhance the sales team's performance through ongoing mentorship, training, and support
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to conduct market research and align sales strategies with emerging customer demands
  • Articulate our Cybersecurity offerings effectively, tailoring communications to meet the needs of a bilingual audience
  • Act as a cybersecurity expert and trusted advisor, staying abreast of industry trends to bolster customer interactions and solution offerings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales leadership skills, including mentorship, training, and motivating diversely skilled teams
  • Proven sales experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of consulting practices and client engagement
  • Experience leveraging digital sales techniques to increase sales velocity
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed organization, managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to make strategic sales decisions
  • Previous experience leading sales teams in Cybersecurity
