Sales Director Travel Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Trip Ninja Inc, a global travel technology company. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to set and maintain sales targets
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop sales collateral and resources
- Represent Trip Ninja at international trade events
- Provide customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams
- Deliver individual and team sales quotas through client and team management
- Expand and mentor the sales team
- Establish processes and improvements to support sales efforts
- 5+ years of B2B technology enterprise sales experience, with travel industry experience preferred
- Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
- Good understanding of business financials, with broad experience in budget planning, management, and forecasting
- 100% remote work
