Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Canada. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
