Retail Store Manager

Fergie's Bakery & Convenience is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
