Job Summary

MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail fueling site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the site, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 people, assign duties, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform merchandise and services offerings.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and provide a welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
