Job Title: Lead Wood Restoration Craftsman

Limen Restoration Corp. is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Wood Restoration Craftsman to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of wood structures in various settings, including historical buildings, residences, and industrial facilities.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising a team of 1-2 people and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the restoration of wood structures in various settings
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 people
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Accurate and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess efficient time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

Compensation:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
