Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Join our team at Tim Hortons Restaurant Store # 101681, 96a Street, as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
