Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team of professionals with diverse technical and scientific expertise.
  • Drive the expansion of the team with input on marketing, hiring, and technical strategies.
  • Design, oversee, and manage complex contaminated site assessments and remediation projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, lead proposal preparation, and shape new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance on data interpretation, risk assessments, and ensure high-quality project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in relevant science fields, eligible for professional registration.
  • 10-15 years of contaminated sites experience, including Phase I to III ESA assessments and BC Ministry of Environment standards.
  • Proven expertise in contaminated hydrogeology, site remediation, and risk assessments.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
