About the Job:

MARY BROWN'S RESTAURANT is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning floors.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and display maintenance.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
