Job Summary

As a Property Leasing Coordinator at ARTISAN CORPORATION, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process for commercial properties. This includes hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents, negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements, and ensuring terms of lease agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
- Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent client service
