About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at MASK INDIAN KITCHEN + BAR INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all dishes, flatware, and other items are clean and sanitized before being placed in serving areas or storage.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Portion and wrap foods as needed.
  • Keep records of food quantities used.
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Physically demanding role requiring manual labor.
