Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Grab and Go Indian Kitchen. As a Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, receiving and storing supplies, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work 35 hours per week
