About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at Rocky Mountain Equipment LP. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct and mentor apprentices in the art of equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify faults and malfunctions in equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues using computerized testing equipment and technical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Test and verify the performance of repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy trucks and other equipment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in agricultural equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
