Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Isaan Der-Thai Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
  • College or CEGEP education in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
