Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Innovator – Trainer and Consultant to drive client success and optimize the implementation of our products within organizations. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a customer-focused culture of innovation. You will work closely with clients, delivering comprehensive training sessions to both users and administrators of the solution, leading workshops, and providing expert guidance on solutions utilization including options, risks, and impacts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions to clients, ensuring they understand our software technology and its applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative training materials and methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the optimal use of our solutions, including identifying potential risks and impacts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Travel may be required to meet with clients and partners.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, business administration, or education.
- At least 3-5 years of successful experience as a software trainer or consultant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in designing and developing training materials, with experience in e-learning platforms preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
