Machinist Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Machinist Technician to join our team at 3vimatech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining precision machine tools, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain precision machine tools, including conventional and computer-controlled machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
• Repair and maintain machine tools and parts, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, and document any deviations from specifications.
• Set up and operate production machinery, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on mathematics and science.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
