Job Responsibilities
  • Assign sales representatives to various duties and oversee their performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payment transactions by cheque and manage the financial aspects of the business.
  • Create work schedules for sales teams and other staff members.
  • Sell merchandise to customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle supply chain issues efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory levels and organize stockroom operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Ability to lead a team of 3-4 people.
  • Permanent position with regular working hours of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English language.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
