Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement data collection and analysis processes and data management systems
- Use Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools and processes to collect, connect, and validate data from various sources for analysis
- Identify, gather, analyze data, and present analytical findings to answer business questions, inform business decisions, and provide guidance or recommendations for action to the leadership team
- Design and build queries, compile data, and generate reports, dashboards, and/or dossiers, including visuals to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Monitor critical KPIs by developing advanced automated reporting based on data from multiple data sources: EDI, Tableau, OMS, Traverse, 3PL Management, TMS, MAWM Data, MS Access, MS Table, Excel
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst within a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data query systems, such as SQL, or No-SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Proficiency with data manipulation tools, including Excel, Python, etc.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and tools, such as Tableau, Power BI
