Job Summary

Sunstone Custom Homes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Welding Specifications: Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Operate Welding Equipment: Safely operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Inspect Welds: Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
