Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve compliance processes
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and provide guidance to the business on compliance matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
