About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front of House Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Manage and train Front of House staff to ensure excellent service standards
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset

Must have availability until 1am on weekdays and 2am on weekends. Previous experience in supervising or managing a sit-down full-service restaurant is highly desirable.
