As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing stock levels and ensuring product availability while leading a team of associates to enhance sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the District Manager, your duties will encompass all operational aspects of inventory management, including:

merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment and development, scheduling, and stock oversight, fostering an environment where team members feel appreciated and motivated to contribute to the store's success.


Qualifications:
~ Collaborative and supportive team player
~ Safety-oriented mindset
~ Strong time management and productivity skills
~ Physical capability to lift, bend, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs
~ Completion of secondary education
~ Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally in retail
