Job Description

The Clinical Administrative Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Manager(s) of Patient Care by providing clerical support and maintaining accurate records.

This includes:

  • Processing job postings and related paperwork;
  • Maintaining position control and registering new hires in orientation sessions;
  • Ensuring the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels;
  • Maintaining information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system;
  • Updating the day-to-day schedule changes in ESP and running staffing reports as requested;
  • Coordinating appointment calendars for the Manager(s);
  • Performing other clerical duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum two years previous related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills;
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Complete Grade 12 education, Manitoba standards, required;
  • Successful completion of a recognized secretarial training program required;
  • Typing 50 wpm, medical terminology (pass mark 75%) required;
  • Knowledge of personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
