Restaurant Proprietor

A Restaurant Proprietor at B.C. Ltd DBA Tim Hortons is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining facilities. Key responsibilities include determining service offerings, implementing operational procedures, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Our Restaurant Proprietors work in fast-paced environments with diverse locations across the country. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent client focus, flexibility, and reliability. A Restaurant Proprietor must be able to lead and instruct individuals, negotiate with suppliers and clients, and participate in marketing plans.

The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. A Restaurant Proprietor must be able to work 35 hours per week and maintain a permanent work arrangement. English language proficiency is required for this position.
