Job Title: Welder

Fast Labour Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and repair metal parts and products using various welding techniques, including flux core arc welding (FCAW) and fusion welds.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including arc welding machines and robotic welding production lines.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
Requirements:
  • Pressure Welding Certification.
  • Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate.
  • Level one to five apprenticeship training.
  • Experience working with aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, stainless steel, steel, iron, and heavy metals.
  • Experience with flux core arc welding (FCAW), fusion welds, and laser welding techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel.
  • Public transportation is not available.
