Cultural Heritage Specialist

Egis Canada is a leading environmental consulting firm with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cultural Heritage Specialist to join our team in Ontario.
As a Cultural Heritage Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our growing Environmental Division. You will work closely with our Manager, Environmental Engineering (North America) and Practice Area Lead, Environmental Assessment (North America) to deliver high-quality cultural heritage services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth and development of our Cultural Heritage group through key hires, new clients, and business opportunities;
- Prepare and finalize cultural heritage reports, proposals, and project management documents;
- Engage in client management and business development, promoting our Cultural Heritage services to internal and external stakeholders;
- Represent Egis at relevant industry events and collaborate with other departments to promote our services;
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in heritage planning, conservation, or a related field. You should have 5-10 years of experience in cultural heritage, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and proposals. You should also be a member of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP) and a qualified cultural heritage professional as defined by the Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM).
