The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Student Supports team, providing direction on daily tasks and staff assignments to ensure timely and efficient processing within service standards.
This includes managing work schedules, maintaining reporting tools, and making decisions regarding messaging provided to students. The Team Lead will also contribute to an atmosphere of continuous improvement by identifying areas of concern, suggesting process changes, and testing new approaches.
We are looking for a strong leader with experience working in post-secondary institutions, preferably in a registrar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
As a difference maker, you will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience working in post-secondary institutions, demonstrated experience working in leadership roles, and a proven record of strong collaborative skills with other areas to find solutions.
The estimated salary for this position is between $61,635 and $80,033 per year, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
