Position Summary

The Capital and Consumable Territory Sales Manager at STERIS is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual business plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Actively identify and pursue profitable revenue growth opportunities while maintaining account retention.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements with Customers, leveraging the full range of STERIS products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buying influences and decision-makers within each account.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to effectively position STERIS products and services as solutions for Customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of selling new products, increasing product utilization, and protecting existing market share.
  • Experience in medical and consumable equipment sales, with a focus on MDRA and GI departments.
  • Understanding of the hospital buying process, including National Accounts, GPOs, and distributors.
