Job Title: Property Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Rental Coordinator to join our team at Alta-Pro Realty Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Property Rental Coordinator will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met, and coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Prepare real estate rentals, sales, and listings data
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Confidential security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
