About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Rental Coordinator to join our team at Alta-Pro Realty Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and tenants, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Rental Agreements

You will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental agreements on behalf of our clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

Coordinate Property Services

You will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Manage Client and Tenant Communication

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and Maintain Records

You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records of operating expenses, income, and other relevant data.

Prepare Reports and Presentations

You will prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • Experience in Property Management or a Related Field
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Valid Driver's License
