  • Coordinating and planning daily administrative tasks.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and messages.
  • Responding to electronic communications.

  • Arranging travel plans and making necessary bookings.
  • Establishing and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Delivering customer service support.

Qualifications
