- Assessing operational performance on a daily basis.
- Receiving and distributing correspondence and other documents.
- Coordinating and planning daily administrative tasks.
- Handling incoming phone calls and messages.
- Responding to electronic communications.
- Gathering and compiling data, metrics, and relevant information.
- Arranging travel plans and making necessary bookings.
- Establishing and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Delivering customer service support.
- Maintaining and organizing digital records.
- Executing basic accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of secondary school.
- Experience: Between 1 to 7 months in a similar role.
