Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including human resources, technology infrastructure, legal compliance, and administration.
  • Lead the implementation of operational systems to streamline efficiency and support deal flow.
  • Manage the firm's financial, legal, and operational resources to support capital raising and client acquisition.
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a financial services or investment firm.
  • Proven ability to lead process optimization, technology implementations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and legal structuring.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Compensation Structure:
  • Deferred Compensation: Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months based on the firm's growth milestones.
  • Equity Participation: Significant equity options based on performance and investment.
Investment Requirement:
  • Minimum investment of $25,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing based on the firm's success.
