Chief Facilities Officer

We're seeking a highly ambitious and innovative leader to join our team as Chief Facilities Officer.

About the Role

As Chief Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive operational excellence, minimize costs, and enhance plant quality. You will indirectly oversee a team of 200-400 employees, depending on seasonal demand, and attribute to writing and defending investment plans to the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to boost efficiency, minimize operational costs, and enhance plant quality

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc graduation in Horticulture, Agribusiness, Business, or similar
  • Experience in scaling up companies, preferably within a manufacturing company
  • High-level English language skills
  • Team player with a focus on quality
  • Willingness to live in Ontario, Canada within 45 minutes of the production locations
