Sinai Health System's Medical Imaging Department is an international leader in medical imaging, conducting a large volume of various exams for diverse patient populations. As a RADIOLOGY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, you will play a critical role in supporting the department's daily operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Screening patients for necessary Pre-Procedure Instructions and Falls Prevention
  • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical imaging procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Verifying and updating patient demographic data
  • Creating and registering patients in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
  • Ensuring payment information is correctly gathered and entered
  • Communicating patient preparation to patients
  • Performing other duties consistent with the job classification

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrated by your ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You will also have the ability to use good judgment and sensitivity in assessing difficult situations, and the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
