Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse position at University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC) involves providing direct patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will practice in accordance with the Vision, Values, Ethics, and Standards of the organization and the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to promote safe, competent patient care
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team
  • Ability to recognize and intervene appropriately in an emergency situation
