- Develop and implement high-yield inclusive practices to promote student engagement and success.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide 21st-century innovative practices for all students.
- Plan and implement successful interventions to support student learning and behavior.
- Participate in school-based and divisional professional learning to stay current on best practices and research.
- Knowledge of inclusive practices and understanding of the classroom teacher's role.
