We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at strEATS West Lethbridge Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
