We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Site Operations Manager to join our team at B.C. LTD.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, including labor, equipment, and materials management;
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans;
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on site progress, costs, and issues;
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical issues;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, or a related field);
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
Working Conditions
  • Work is typically performed outdoors, with occasional periods of indoor work;
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and in variable weather conditions;
  • May require travel to various project sites, occasionally overnight;
