About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Pho Den Kingsway. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Describe menu items including daily specials to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each dish.
  • Advise on menu selections based on customer preferences and dietary requirements, providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in a food and beverage service role is an asset.
  • Permanent position with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
