General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our transportation team at All Directions Transport. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trucking company, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegate representatives as needed
- Select middle managers, directors, and executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions
- 5+ years of experience in transportation management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and team player
- Valid driver's license, willing to travel regularly
- Experience with Tally ERP, MS Office, and QuickBooks
