General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our transportation operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, with a proven track record of success in managing large teams and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and team player
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Health care plan
- Free parking available
- Permanent position, 30 hours per week
