Job Title: Naval Engineering Software Specialist

Join CB Canada as a Naval Engineering Software Specialist and play a key role in helping customers effectively use our complex engineering software product. As a representative of our company, you will work closely with Vancouver-based customers to provide expert guidance and support.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, a bonus program, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation. As a Naval Engineering Software Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all matters related to the CAD software. You will gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of the software and share your knowledge with customers who are designing ships.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers using our engineering software product
  • Work closely with Vancouver-based customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues based in the company's European Headquarters, including travel opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the CAD software and its applications in naval engineering
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of experience as a naval architect
  • Familiarity with CAD software applications used specifically for naval engineering solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
