We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professional to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our EPM Practice, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge budgeting and planning solutions using Anaplan, OneStream, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

About the Role

  • You will participate and lead scoping, implementation, and deployment projects of Workday Adaptive Planning projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements, analyze needs, and propose recommendations for solution blueprints.
  • Plan, architect, design, configure, and test models and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with testing configuration, provide knowledge transfer to clients, and develop documentation as applicable.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior-level client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in EPM.
  • Support the development of proposals, product demos, contribute to business development activities, and participate in internal and external marketing events.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Adaptive product features and capabilities, incorporating best practices into your work.
  • Mentor and train consultants and senior consultants within the EPM Practice, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Nurture relationships with KPMG advisory practice and Workday partners, driving collaboration and innovation.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology; postgraduate degrees and professional designations are assets.
  • Minimum 3 years of super-user experience or 2+ years implementation experience with Anaplan, OneStream, or Workday Adaptive Planning is essential.
  • Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, and/or Workday Adaptive Platform Certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and SQL language is a plus.
  • A proven track record of working in client-facing roles across various industries and businesses.
  • A strong mix of business and functional knowledge related to budgeting and planning processes, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present and demo products and solutions using MS Visio and/or MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in process reengineering, designing, and implementing business performance management applications, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US.
