Software Development Engineer, Amazon Case Management System, Scalable Solutions

Are you passionate about building highly scalable and reliable systems? Do you enjoy working with customers and peers from various Amazon business areas on innovative features? If so, Selling Partner Services (SPS) is the ideal place for you.
Our team is responsible for the Case Management System, Paragon, which serves over 160 Amazon businesses with 60,000 active users per month.
We are seeking System Development Engineers who excel at solving complex problems and operating critical systems at large scales.
Our systems handle hundreds of millions of requests and provide customizable solutions for clients. We own both frontend and backend features, offering diverse challenges and opportunities to grow.
We are open to hiring candidates to work from one of the following locations:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering
- 2+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
