We are seeking a highly skilled System Development Engineer to join our team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a key member of our Case Management System team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect new and existing systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system requirements
- Develop and implement system solutions, including software development and testing
- Ensure system security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, software development, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems
- Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
