Job Title: Renovation Helper

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of renovation and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to achieve precise specifications.
  • Assist medical examiners in charge with various tasks.
  • Help align pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to achieve smooth surfaces.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. offers a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The position involves various tasks, including physical labor, equipment operation, and teamwork.
