Job Title: Renovation Helper

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including cranes and other machinery.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other structures as needed.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Help frame houses, erect walls, and build roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and pave and rake asphalt.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding work with repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a variety of locations, including construction sites and warehouses. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
